Opening for Sr.Manager-Compensation and Benefits -Chennai with leading banking shared services
Reward Governance:
- Responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of the following processes to support the Executive Compensation and Reward Governance team:
- MT, MD's Compensation processes
- Bonus pool spend | YoY reports
- Pillar 3 reporting | EBA Submissions | HKSE highest paid
- Sourcing of data and review of analysis for Gender Pay Gap reporting and CEO pay ratio reporting
- Standard & ad-hoc reports, analytics and presentations for committees such as the Group Reward Plan Committee and Remuneration Committee
- Variable compensation pool modelling
- Manage the quarterly buyout grant process
- Any Senior management data requests
- Processing Management Team off cycle pay changes
- Analysis on MT pay in prep for P3
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR/ Management/ Commerce/ Economics/ Statistics.
- 5 to 8 Years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Generalist HR/ Global HRSSC Ops is preferable.
