- Plan & drive compensation market benchmarking survey
- Propose corrective actions based on market practices
- Design & implement incentive plan for all levels
- Guide plant locations on compensation pay ranges, retention, comp structure etc
Performance Management (PAN India) :
- Drive Performance Management System
- Establish performance driven culture by implementing best practices
- Coach & act as a sound board to leadership team
- Develop PMS guidelines & ensure PMS is driven as per guidelines
- Drive PMS cycle viz goal setting, mid-year review, performance appraisal, performance coaching and PIP process
- Plan & anchor performance awareness workshops for managers
Expatriation Management :
- Plan & monitor complete life cycle of Outbound Expats
- Work closely with all stakeholders and maintain excellent relationship with them
- Plan & deliver induction programme
- Ensure smooth information flow between all stakeholders
- Provide solutions to queries raised by Expats
Talent Management :
- Develop Succession Plans for leadership roles
- Leadership development across levels through Talent Management interventions
