Senior Manager - C&B (Executive Compensation)
- Relevant Experience ->5 years - Post Qualification
- Reports to Global C&B Leader
- Team Leading - Preferred, IC role initially
- Shift - 11am- 8pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan develop and implement new and revised compensation programs policies and procedures as per company's philosophy and competitive practices
- Analysis involving compensation benchmarks, internal to the company and their correlation to Market
- Market research and analysis of Burn rate and dilution of equity and similar sorts of other benchmarks required by senior management for decision making
- Manage public disclosures per SEC guidelines - working closely with Finance and Legal teams
- Manage reward programs including Long term and short term incentives plans for senior management
- Develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees
- Partnering with different teams including Executive Compensation, Legal, HR business partners, HR Shared services, payroll department to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies guidelines and procedures
- Responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and regulations
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence key partners; gets results through collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends including strong excel and presentation skills
- Ability to work in teams, as both a lead and a supporting team member
- A skilled facilitator, able to navigate tough conversations with senior stakeholders
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to independently manage a high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Expected to handle end to end Global C&B,
- Designing & Management of C&B,
- Day to day Interface between Businesses & C&B, Benchmarking exercise
