Job Purpose:
- Implementing the Total Rewards strategy by designing/restructuring, compensation structure,
- Customized rewards and compensation proposals including incentives and benefits for employees and new hires
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement compensation structures
- Detailed analysis on internal parity and external competitiveness
- Central Management of all Job Description Repository
- Job Evaluation and grade fitment mapping of new roles as per the business requirement
- Collect, analyse compensation and benefits data to come-up with meaningful insights
- Develop and recommend compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company's strategic goals
