Sr Manager Compensation & Benefits


Job Description:


- 15+ years of experience in running CoEs in HR, managing initiatives and programs pertaining to Total Rewards, AOP, Budgeting, Rewards, Bench Marking.

Strategic Activities:

1. Deliver & implement the Total Rewards strategy for the organization ensuring competitive compensation and benefit plans for the employees, and optimal utilization of the budget.

2. Lead design for a market-competitive compensation and benefits plan for all employee groups in line with statutory and legal requirements.

3. Collaborate and coordinate with the Finance Team, CHRO & CFO to finalize the Annual Operating Plan linking fleet growth, manpower planning and group strategy.

Total Rewards:

1. Responsible for end-to-end Annual Appraisal cycle finalizing the increment grid, running simulations for flying, operations and non-operations employees, implementation on SAP SuccessFactors, Liaising with the CXOs and rolling out the letters from the system.

2. Working on the Variable Pay payout policy, simulations, implementation and letter rollout from the system.

3. Implement best-in-class rewards strategy for Flying & Non-Flying employees.

4. Formulate, design and implement all policies pertaining to rewards for domestic and International employee tax benefits such as Employee NPS, Car Lease program, Employee Insurances, Pluxee (Sodexo) Cards etc.

5. Conduct periodic market/competitor benchmarking and Job Evaluation exercises to ensure pay structures and rewards remain competitive liaise with external consultants, as and when required.

6. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices and periodic audits to assess relevance and compliance of reward practices.

7. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all rewards related matters for the senior leadership

Annual Operating Plan:

1. Liaise with the Flight Operations team for pilots and crew manpower planning in tandem with the fleet expansion plan and group strategies.

2. Work with the HODs to finalize the HC/AC ratios for operations functions in accordance with the station expansion and departures.

3. Liaise with the CXOs on Non-Flying manpower planning and finalize the overall manpower budget for the year.

4. Manage manpower HC and cost against the AOP every month and liaise with finance team for the same.
