Position - Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 15+ years of experience in running CoEs in HR, managing initiatives and programs pertaining to Total Rewards.

Skills - DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE ( Mandatory)

Notice Period -Immediate, 30 Days & 60 Days

KRA :

- Act as the reward expert to advise and support the organization to harness, direct and support teams to engage in delivering missions and objectives.

- Plan & implement the total rewards strategy to ensure competitive compensation and benefits for all domestic & International employees.

- Working on the Variable Pay payout policy, simulations, implementation and letter rollout from the system.

- Responsible for end-to-end Annual Appraisal cycle finalizing the increment grid.

- Team Management, Analytical Thinking

- Excellent Communication skills.
