We are hiring Senior Manager - Global Reward/Compensation & Benefits (C&B) for our client based at Bangalore.

Job Summary:

You will play an important role in shaping up the compensation and benefits strategy across the organization. Sr Manager Total Rewards will be responsible for aligning the rewards strategy with overall organization's goals, ensuring employee satisfaction, productivity, fairness, and competitiveness in order to attract and retain talent for the India GCC center.

Responsibilities:

- Spearheading the enterprise total reward strategy and policy which includes Salary Structures, Bonuses, Incentives, ESOP, Recognition and Employee benefits programs for India.

- Partner with HR and business to integrate Compensation and Benefits.

- Develop and manage Organizational Design process, including structure, span of control, job creation, evaluation, and job matrix.

- Conduct Market Analysis to determine the optimum compensation structure for all job levels and role types in the organization.

- Participate in compensation surveys and analyses resulting data to determine the company's overall competitive position in the market.

- Advise key business leaders on strategic planning, recommending solutions adapted to regional needs while maintaining global standards.

- Lead the benefits design/renewal process, and negotiation with vendors.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative regulations on salary and benefits requirements.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a post graduate degree in HR.

- Have 12+ years' experience in developing and implementing total rewards programs in IT/ITES, GIC/GCC or experience with consulting firms across industries.

- Strong leadership skills in the compensation and benefits function.

- Proven capacity to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong business acumen towards compensation and benefits strategies.
