Senior Manager - Company Secretary with a leading FMCG, Bangalore Job Description : - Maintain the organization's official and legal documents and records according to the principles of good governance and to comply with relevant laws and regulations. - Support Annual General Meetings (AGM) by producing agendas, taking minutes and conveying decisions etc. - Provide full secretarial support for mergers, other initiatives such as promoter reclassification etc. - Provide full secretarial support for CSR committee meetings including agenda, contents, minutes etc. - Support the board meetings by ensuring that all the legal requirements are fulfilled, and required information provided - Own custody of the seal of the company. - Responsible for maintenance of books and registers of the company as required under the provisions of the Companies Law - Responsible for carrying on correspondence with the directors of the company on various matters. - At least 5-9 years Post Qualification Experience. - Professional qualification of CS is mandatory
