Senior Manager - Community Management

Must-Have :
- Working in a Saas based product firm
- Experience as a community manager, planning and leading community engagement initiatives
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a community manager (including experience with growing the community)
- Experience planning and leading community engagement initiatives
- Ability to learn & understand our program offerings and learner needs
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot issues and negotiate favorable terms
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Recruit industry professionals to engage in learning programs.
- For this, you will need to forge long term relationships
- Build trust with the community through clear and judicious communication Plan and implement community management & growth strategies to expand our community interact with prospective community members
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and training process of community members track the performance of mentors, faculty, moderators, and other community members
