- Understanding of the media planning and content for the utmost outcome within the given timeline, includes daily PR activities

- Meet & interact with the media on a frequent basis to develop a trusted relationship that is of meaningful collaborations. This includes national, international, television, online and new age.

- Preparing content from time to time that includes marketing visual collateral for the hotel, press release, the hotel newsletter and magazines, competition mapping, event planning, speaking at relevant events, awards nomination, content for profiling, CRM initiatives, digital activations and social media initiatives.

- Key activities also include strategizing the press release dissemination with proactive pitching of stories to the media to ensure press releases are endeavored into larger stories, follow up for article/ blogs/ opinions placement, and consideration for one-on-one interactions

- Track media movements and keep the team updated

- Ensuring participation in the industry stories and also build such stories for the hotels

- Organizing press events and ensuring each & every task is well managed with the best outcome. With media calling and follow-ups as per the protocol
