A Leading Real Estate Firm is seeking to hire Senior Manager - Commercial Leasing
Job Description:
- Responsible to generate new leads.
- Establishing strong relations with corporates and Property Consultants.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Ensure renewals are completed on time and new leases align with given target
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. Able to negotiate and close deals
- Internal and External Communication with follow up on all communications and inquiries
- Market Planning: Develop a long-term strategic market plan for the region under management guidance working alongside channel partners.
- Manages leasing activities in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Travel: May travel for meetings with Property Consultants or clients.
Qualifications
- An ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in leasing/real estate
- Past experience should include a strong stint in Leasing marketing and Client Relationship Management dealing with retail/corporate/ broker management,
- College Degree preferred (MBA or equivalent from a premier institute)
- Must be an effective communicator, strong written, verbal, Presentation and Negotiation skills are a must
- Finance, strategy, lease administration, project management and operations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, proactive, focused, friendly and flexible
- Proficient in MS word, Outlook, Excel
