Senior Manager- Commercial FP&A- Payroll
Job Summary:
Along with people responsibility the broad remit is to develop independent consulting focused Financial Analysis, for each market, which the market team can take up and execute on (With / Without support).
Roles & Responsibilities:- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Candidate should have significant experience of managing large Payroll costs (Forecast / Actual) across functions/geographies & eventually across the group. Experience of working in organization with very large workforce
(over 200K - permanent and contractual) will be added advantage.
- Being adept at independently engaging with business partners to understand problems and solve them.
- The role will be required to identify a string of opportunities, that are grounded and action oriented, that can make a significant difference to the financial performance of the business. Doing independent or demand based Deep Financial Modelling & Analysis to identify solutions to business commercial problems.
- Closely work with the global Leads of business areas to standardise and improve processes, drive long term planning, budgeting and forecasting for FP&A.
Experience relevant for this job:- Significant exposure of retail industry (>5yrs), overall experience of more than 12 yrs
- Strong experience in business planning interfacing with commercial and business teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing end-to-end analytical projects
