Senior Manager - Commercial Due Diligence - M&A - Deal Advisory

Deal Strategy-Senior Manager Would prefer Differently-abled candidates for this role.

- Commercial Due Diligence (CDD),

- Deal Advisory/ M&A Consulting with strong Research background, Survey Tools, Building & managing large teams.

- Mergers & Acquisitions

- MBA (premier B-Schools preferred)

The candidate should :

- Have experience in transaction or operations due diligence, due diligence, Integration planning and tracking support, Divestiture management, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth, or other relevant strategy experience

- Be able to evaluate the client's operations with limited amount of data

- Be able to understand financial statements and the impact of cost levers on client's business

- Have strong data modeling skills

- Have strong business acumen, with analytical and problem solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/ execution across operations, technology, risk governance and organizational design

- Be able to make a business case for capex investments

- Have an understanding of various facets of mergers, acquisitions and divestiture transactions

- Have experience in planning for integration/separation of various front office and back office functions

- Have strong project management skills and the ability to work in a high pressure deals environment

- Have excellent communication and consulting skills
