Senior Manager - Commercial Claims - General Insurance Firm

We are hiring currently for Sr Manager Commercial Claims profile for General Insurance company.

Job Location - Kurla, Mumbai

Designation - Sr. Manager

Reporting to - Head - Commercial Claims

Department - Claims

Your key responsibilities -

- Setting up claims management processes, review, audit, and continuous improvement of processes

- Liaison with external and internal stakeholders for smooth functioning of claims department

- Setting up, monitoring, and maintaining service standards

- Setting up, maintaining, and monitoring of MIS- Delivering Review of business function

- Market engagement to create brand awareness as a service provider and keeping updated with competition benchmarks & developments

- Anchoring / coordinating technical trainings and developmental programs

- Compliance of regulatory requirements including submissions

Skill set-

In depth knowledge of property and marine lines of product with 8-10 years of experience in claims processing /management
