Senior Manager - Collection Strategy - NBFC

We are looking out for a Sr. Manager - Collection strategy - NBFC in Gurgaon

The role includes -

1. Metrics to support strategy development and execution.

2. Build up a strategy framework

3. Developing Collections Strategies e.g. building settlement scorecards, other treatment strategies like grace period

4. The candidate would be a part of their Strategy Team, responsible for developing strategies for retail banking collections

5. Preference would be given to candidates who worked on Loans, and second choice would be Credit Cards and Mortgage.

The candidate should have experience from a banking setup.
