Senior Manager - Co-Lending - NBFC

Role: Senior Manager - Co-lending

Key Responsibilities:

- To work with the Co-Lending Partnership and Capital Markets team for strategic alliances and partnerships with Banks and NBFCs for Secured and unsecured loan products.

- To get Involved in initial strategies for discussion with lenders partners for fund raising as well as sanction limits for colending products. Negotiations of terms for sanction limit and building partnerships with Banks & NBFCs and managing relationships for enhancement of disbursement.

- To do Strategic Alliances and Relationship Management with lenders and investors for business enhancement and solution of bottlenecks for operational issues.

- To do Coordination with Legal, risk, finance, operations, collection & tech integration with internal as well as partner's team for streamlining of the process for secured and unsecured loans.

Desired Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in fund Raise/Co-lending tie-ups role at a leading FinTech or NBFC.

- Experience in coordinating with product, credit and operations teams to resolve operational issues.

- Should be strong in relationship building, service orientation, follow-ups and closure.
