Senior Manager Client Servicing
JOB ROLE:
1. Portfolio: Handling client's query and service request in Gift City for all their service requirements.
2. Documentation:
- Interact with Relationship teams, Clients, other internal teams eg CAD, Loan Ops team, trade CPC teams for smooth servicing of client's request
- Generating BC reference letters for BC loans
3. Tracking of deferral: Tracking deferrals and ensuring that all deferrals are closed within timelines.
4. Custodian:
- Ensuring proper care and safety of documents held in FRFC and complying with the laid down process / procedure for safe keeping of documents
5.Document Tracking/ MIS
- Tracking of documents for receipt of original ; deferral; expiry etc Preparing MIS as per Internal and Regulatory requirements.
6.Client servicing:
- Generating of statement, RPS , advises and share the same with client basis client request
- Collecting and verifying the documents for inward / outward remittance and coordinate with back-end ops team for the transaction.
- Loan servicing
7.Liaison:
- With clients, Relationship team, Legal; Credit; Operations etc for timely and smooth execution of deliverables and resolution of issues
Job Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 3-7 years of relevant experience
- Good Communication skills both written and oral.
- Familiar with Finacle, Kraman will be an added advantage
- Ability to Influence/relationship Management Skills.
- Strong communication Skill.
- Eye For detail and Focus of First Time right
- Team Player
