Job Description:
- Support the development and implementation of the Global Shared Relationship Management interaction model
- Supports the design of the relationship management tools
- Responsible for tracking relationship management success across regions and functions
- Supports Relationship Management training, and learning
- Provides coaching to Global Shared managers and teams in the use of Relationship Management tools.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelors Degree (Business Management, Business Administration); an MBA or Masters degree is a plus
- 10 - 12 years of working experience with at least 5 in a relationship management or client advocacy role with a business to business service provider or consulting company
- Experience with relationship management processes and procedures especially as it relates to sourcing and/or shared services configurations; experience with CRM software a plus
- Familiar with relationship management framework and tools to measure success
- Familiar with client satisfaction surveys
