General expectations:

The primary role of a Senior Manager is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients- competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, Senior Managers must perform the following activities as a project manager and leader within the firm:

- Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning, execution and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement and firm risk.

- Client Management: Manage interactions with executive clients and sponsors.

- Business Development: Generate business opportunities; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuits; participate and lead proposal development; win work.

- Practice Development & Eminence: contribute to solutions and methodologies; develop "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in eminence activities.

- People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach to teams; act as counsellor and build team capabilities; hiring.

Skills required:

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex and large transformation engagements involving multiple functions and disciplines such as strategy, operations, technology, people etc.

- Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders / business leaders and drive the program agenda and work within demanding deadlines.

- Ability to build and drive relationships through objective communication

- Strong problem solving attitude with the ability to visualize scenarios, possible outcomes & operating constraints

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to make impactful presentations & expertise at using excel & PPTs; Passionate, sincere, result oriented
