We are hiring for Leading Bank in Mumbai for their Talent Acquisition Team.
Job Description-
- The position is required to ensure the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff. The role is required to track headcount budget, source the right profiles, manage stakeholders for hiring the best-fit Talent
- Ensure recruitment of vacancies as per defined turn-around-times
- Co-ordinate with Business HR partners on recruitment processes
- Manage recruitment expenses within prescribed cost budgets
- Develop sourcing options for recruitment within cost budgets
- Liaise with Business HR partners for inputs and updates
- Co-ordinate with placement consultants for a recruitment process
- Manage role in line with group framework and country requirements
- Use all available tools/options to source candidates as per defined job description
- Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure execution of organizational deliverable in tandem with HR partners.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Full-time MBA in HR with 4-9 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Minimum 4-9 years- experience in Talent Acquisition in the banking industry. Should have managed recruitment for Wholesale Banking functions including SME/MME and support units such as Technology & Operations, Risk Management etc...
- Experience in handling Consumer Banking / Wealth Management & Other Support functions recruitment would be an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication skills dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Service Excellence & Delivery management skills
