Profile: Senior Manager/ Chief Manager - Product & Policy

Qualification: CA / MBA in Finance

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key responsibilities Area:

1. Drafting of policies and operating guidelines for various loan products (Wheels)

2. Analysing the market trends/ practices and benchmarking policies with the market.

3. Formation of new policies/products, processes, scorecards, and monitoring mechanisms.

4. Interfacing with business and collections teams to assess requirements and build solutions and suitable strategies for the deployment of such solutions.

5. Analysis of portfolio and ensuring portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews, and delinquency control.
