- Ability to create design and deliver L&D solutions arising from TNA exercises
- Ability to record collate and retain data and management information to demonstrate progress against KPI's and departmental goals and objectives
- Ability to work closely with various stakeholders across various business and the be a SPOC for various requirements
- Ability to seamlessly execute tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to design and develop and facilitate trainings
