Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Corporate Banking - Bank

Company Overview:

One of the leading private sector banking client.

Role Overview :

- Will be a part of the Corporate Banking Team.

- Engaging large corporates and conglomerates and crystallizing their funding requirements.

- Undertaking risk analysis, analyzing business models and borrower financials to determine suitability of target, and structuring the credit facilities on a case-to-case basis.

- Drafting appraisal notes, term sheets, collaborating with credit for the preparation of proposals.

- Responsible for improving the credit quality and return on capital of the portfolio.

- Assisting Senior RMs in pitching corporate banking products to Large Corporate Groups and Conglomerate Corporate Groups.

- Responsible for performing market research, financial analysis, preparation of information memorandums, etc.
