Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Heading Business Intelligence Unit

The Digital Solutions team has been formed to ensuring that the enterprise's business strategy is optimal, given current and emerging digital realities, opportunities and threats. This team works with other businesses to introduce the use of Digital Technologies in business model design, and all aspects of the business to create business success. The digital solutions team is also driving the data analytics/ big data agenda within the enterprise and is currently working on multiple projects with different business groups.

Senior Manager/ Chief Manager

The Head of the Business Intelligence Unit will manage the analytics team in order to define data standards, identify data trends, and identify data commonality and efficiencies within and between related MIS systems

- Design large scale models using Logistic Regression, Linear Models Family (Poisson models, Survival models, Hierarchical models, Na- ve-Bayesian estimators), Conjoint Analysis, Spatial models, Time-series models.

- Design and deploy data-science and technology based algorithmic solutions to address business needs.

- Identify, understand and evaluate new business scenarios to determine the effectiveness and use of data analytics and predictive modeling

- Understand and execute wide range of Business requirements in terms of data modelling, machine learning, statistical analysis, algorithm development, analysis planning etc

- Delivery and project management of advance analytics based solutions

- Presentation of results to internal stakeholders and Business heads and leading engagements with Business heads

Masters / Bachelors or equivalent degree in math, advanced statistics, operations research and/or computer science or related disciplines, and related project experience or equivalent experience

- Experience of developing and deploying algorithms in a production environment Hands on

- Hands on Experience in Predictive Modeling techniques

- Expert level proficiency in data handling (SQL, NoSQL)

- Expert level proficiency in using at least one platform: R or SAS

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) since the role will require the incumbent to interact with Business Head across all lines of Business

- Team management experience
