A. Revenue Contribution through Analytics:
- Play a key role in meeting the business objectives through data led customer engagement across multiple-channels and touch-points
- Work closely with data analyst and data scientist teamto increase opportunity base
- Innovate in building green channel for instant conversion
- Understand the business portfolio/requirement and arrive a data driven strategy
- Regular meeting with stake holders with campaign insights and data driven ideas to improve business
- Design an customer engagement strategy (analytical led campaigns) via marketing channels
- Keep track of business budget and utilize them to generate higher return on investment
- Design campaign requirements and take consent from all stakeholders on implementation strategy for customer engagement/upsell/xsell initiatives
- Measure campaign effectiveness both interim and end campaign
- Infuse learning from past campaigns and make changes to improve efficiency
- Meet/exceed business objectives through design of experiments (DOE's)
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business stakeholders
- Keep abreast about the technology and how it can be leveraged in reaching out to customers

- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities

- Ability to conceptualize and automate process to save time and improve efficiency
- Highly adaptable to work in pressure environment and has the ability to work at all levels both within the organization and externally
- Know-how of CRM, UNICA and knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
