Senior Manager/Chief Manager/Associate Vice President - Credit Analyst - Pharma

- Banking or rating experience - preferred experience in pharma clients. Should be CA/ MBA, 3-7 years experience

- Banking or rating experience - preferred experience in having underwritten credit for large clients like Tata/ Adani/ Godrej/ Mahindra ,should be CA/ MBA, 3-7 years experience

- Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for risk assessment

- Discussing with business on Terms and Conditions for appropriate structuring given the transaction's risk assessments

- Discussions with customers for obtaining information and inputs for preparation of CRANs.

- Monitor the portfolio for identifying early red flags.

- Prepare Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio & escalate with action plan for non-compliances.

- Visit the sites and prepare inspection reports.

- Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
