Senior Manager - Channel Support
- Develop, communicate, implement and manage a channel marketing strategy for the assigned channel type.
- Hire, manage and mentor a team of direct reports.
- Work with others ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans.
- Keep a pulse on channel partner trends and drive marketing excellence across the organization.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
- Responsible for driving strategy and growth within assigned target customer base.
- Develop proposals, business cases and ROI model for and with partners.
- Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist to the marketing, sales and transformation organization.
- Create and maintain channel segmentation and key persona analysis for each segment.
- Organize and execute campaigns through internal resources and external vendors.
- Track and optimize the performance of new and existing partnerships.
- Set the strategic and tactical direction for channel marketing activities that generate revenue in region.
- Maintain accurate tracking mechanisms and analysis, action plans for management insight.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs using quarterly review templates.
- Monitor and controls employee performance to ensure proper work techniques, quality products, and compliance with company policies.
