Job Profile/Deliverables:
- Act as a one-point contact for the mapped channel partners - Proprietary, third party and Institutional clients.
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Bank of Baroda Branch Managers / cluster heads / RMs and other key position holders in the respective organization.
- Achieve designated annual sales target by managing mapped and sourcing new channel partners & clients.
- Manage existing Distribution / Institutional relationship to generate business for BAMC MF schemes.
- Source new clients and distributors within the allocated area.
- Guide investors with their investments, ethically.
- Lead / Manage the team of out sourced staff in the allocated area
Candidate Profile
- Post graduate / Graduate in Finance or Marketing
- Passion for (out bound) sales and self drive to meet targets
- Key account management skills.
- Holding experience of working within the MF industry
- Excellent command on communication and pleasing personality
- MF Product & Financial market knowledge
- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally
