We are looking for the Senior Manager for Channel Sales from the Building Materials/ FMCG/ Consumer Durable.

Sales

1 Establishing sales objectives

2 Expertise in Channel Sales

3 Delivering stakeholder value.

4 To increase volume of Channel sales

5 Improving sales strategies

Marketing

1 Market mapping - Identifying new markets for business development potential;

2 Enhancing sales share in highly competitive market situations;

3 To build up price premium as well as Brand Enhancement;

Strategic planning

1 Capable of SWOT analysis.

2 Progressive & always ahead to the business plan on month to month basis.

3 Managing marketing and sales operations for achieving increased business growth in line.

4 Delivering strategic solutions to complex sales.

5 Create 1-3 years strategy for organizational growth.

Market Intelligence : 

1 Competitive intelligence to reduce business risks and rise to a higher level in the market with the goal of higher revenue and profit.

2 Analyzing the business and market situation and handling trading, network, logistics, branding and pricing.

3 Exploring the business potential avenues.

4 Monitoring competitors' activities and devise effective counter measures.

5 Efficiency in analysing Consumer behaviours and timely action plan

Team Management

1 Developing junior colleagues through empowerment.

2 On the job training as well as Training and Development program.

3 Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

4 Nurturing organization with limited resources into an entity at national level.

Cross functional coordination

1 Supervise the Channel sales to ensure timely supplies;

2 Proactively work with the cross-functional team to translate opportunities into actionable plans
