The person would be responsible for the following activities in the assigned Area.
- Responsible for overall sales growth
- Development of distributor network.
- Monitoring of outstanding balances of distributors.
- Coordinating and preparing sales schedule for distributors.
- Generating periodic sales reports.
- Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region
- Minimise Outstanding ( Days of Sales Outstanding)
- Improve price positioning (Maintain prices/ contribution per tonne)
- Travelling required to Monitor and analyse market trends, studying competitor's product and services strategy,
- Ensure Proper dispatch to the network and customers.
