Position Description: Senior Manager - Category Marketing

- The person will be in charge of the Go To Market for new product / brand launches . This role entails working closely with the marketing communications team to develop the assets for all the relevant communication media for launch and sustenance campaign.

- Responsibilities include bringing new customers to the category, planning and developing effective marketing communication campaigns for category growth, new launches and sustenance.

- This would also involve working with in-house / external designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.

- The lead would also be expected to understand how digital marketing domains work for category and prepare the roadmap for digital marketing for the category basis this.

Desired background :

Educational background :

- MBA from Tier 1 B-School (2016/2017/2018) passout year with 3+ yrs experience in Sales & Marketing

- Knowledge of Retail, consumer goods industry is a plus

- Good understanding of Retail and Category Marketing

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders in high levels of ambiguity

- Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of the organization
