Senior Manager Cash Operations
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the team and team leaders under his / her span ensuring adherence to Client, company policies
- Monitor , evaluate the performance of the team and the team leaders on a continual basis and provide feedback to the team as and when required
- Ensuring the team adheres to the process SOP, KPI's and SLA's and client quality / timeliness targets are met
- Provide feedback to management on potential problems that could affect the company & Client, including any compliance issues
- Mentoring /coaching the team
- Ensuring that the productivity targets for the unit provided by the cluster is achieved
- Ensuring the unit is in good state on financial front and margins are meeting the targets set
- Meet regulatory and strategic compliance requirements as prescribed from in the relevant procures. for enhanced performance, lower overall risks and better management
- To ensure that the deliverables ( Client ) are completed and delivered within the target given
- Close interaction with the team at onshore / department manager at onshore
- Ensure ZERO customer complaints, Ops losses
- Ensure adequate staffing for BAU and leave management of the team
- Stake holder management ( DERM, Audit, IS, HR and admin)
Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in cash domain
- 2-3 years' experience of team handling
- Exposure to cash operations for at least 5 years
- Experience of working in centralized operational units / BPO
- Minimum One-year experience as Team Lead
Skill set:
- Good communication skills ( oral / written)
- Good in stake holder management
- Quick learner.
- Team player
- Dedicated and commitment towards work.
- Experience in banking preferred.
Qualification: Graduation/PG ( preferably in Commerce)
