Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to support their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, leveraging advanced analytics tools and techniques.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, effective communicator to superiors, peers and subordinate, good command of the English language.
- Financial Reporting and Solvency II Compliance
- Experience of working in international markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, statistics, or engineering.
- Experience level required ranges from 10-14 years
- Proven experience in capital allocation, risk management, or pricing model development.
- Strong understanding of Solvency Capital Requirements (SCR) and profitability metrics
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory environment is necessary.
- Experience with Solvency II, IFRS 17, or US-GAAP LDTI is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, VBA, and other relevant tools for data analysis and modeling, with knowledge of Python and PowerBI being advantageous.
