Campus Recruitment - Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, coordinate, and execute campus recruiting strategies for top tier engineering colleges
- Build strong partnerships with campuses as well as stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to develop branding programs on campus
- Lead offer management and onboarding process for campus hires
- Prepare reports/dashboards
Candidate Background :- 7 to 10 years of experience in campus recruitment, coordinating campus drives
- Bachelors / Post Graduation in HR
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage small teams (1-4 people)
