Job Description:

1. Formulating the Campaign Management Plan (CMP) as per annual targets in conjunction with vertical heads & with inputs from the field leadership

2. Launching & driving the CMP through analytics & field visits to gather field feedback

3. Continuous process optimization through collaboration with cross functional & field stakeholders to optimize extraction & efficiency metrics

4. Cross pollinate best practices between channels and verticals to raise the overall table for the business

5. Mine & prepare desired analytics to review health of business & support decision making

6. Manage review cadence with field & corporate stakeholders to drive CMP

Profile :

1. Proficient in Powerpoint skills

2. Knowledge of advanced excels skills such as Macros

3. Background in process automation

4. Background in product / category management

5. Understanding of Direct channel dynamics

6. Good understanding of sales practices

7. Program management skills
