- Create human solutions for situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility
- Leading and supporting new business opportunities through client relationship development, pitches, and RFP responses
- Leadership presentations on building change transformational journey
- Assets/Tools/Accelerators for Go-To-Market to advise on Data Culture and Business Transformation
- Collaborate with T&O and other Accenture entities to ensure build and release of client ready materials
- Engage in education and awareness of Business Transformation with Senior Leadership
- Engage in PoV and Thought leadership on Data Culture and Business Transformation
- Discovering stakeholders' challenges and expectations and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational AI programs
- Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications
- Working with various AI business stakeholders to drive digital transformation, culture change, behavior change, change adoption
- Supporting Change Measurement activities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA/Master's degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
- 12 to 15 years of experience in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce, and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness)
- Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies
- Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic models and digital tools
- Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous
- Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment
