ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- This role will help organisation to solve problems, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. They use their business skills to provide objective advice and expertise, and help an organisation to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.
- This role will also be responsible for undertaking short-term or long-term business transformation projects to address various issues and needs.
- They meet with management or relevant staff to understand requirements, conduct data analysis, problem solving and present findings to executives. Consultants provide advice, formulate plans for implementation, and offer suggestions for improvement.
- They may also arrange training and periodically evaluate the situation to make necessary adjustments. Overall, consultants leverage their expertise and analytical skills to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients in their field of expertise.
- Special Projects business Transformation is an individual contributor role responsible for successful delivery of improvement initiatives i.e. Digital & process transformation projects through the provision of strategic and operational support, including process mapping, risk and issue tracking, engaging external solution providers and post project benefits.
- This role will drive larger part of operations strategy and transformation for Operations such manufacturing, Quality and allied functions.
- This role will share synergies with business team to help them to identify issues in value chain and will further suggest solutions after engaging with Mankind Digital / IT / External knowledge partners. Role will solely responsible to drive transformation projects.
- This profile will master the skills of various advance prescriptive and analytics and automation tools externally available to transform business operations.
- This profile will also help to drive large scale EBIDTA transformation programs across various levers.
- Manage and own various transformation programs running under business transformation.
Key responsibilities:- Help functions in identifying performance gaps, provide benchmarking, doing process transformation advocacy, Develop to be functional process for all Supply chain, mfg, quality and operations allied functions. Intergrade with in-house digital transformation team to finalise solution and lead overall solution deployment.
- Consistently involved in doing number-based discovery sessions by analysing various applications / ERP /External Data deployed across functions & give comprehensive suggestions to business transformation office for the improvement.
- Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risk and costs.
- Lead the Operations (Mfg /Quality) business improvement technology initiatives in the field of Automation / Digital Transformation.
- Own and refine vision for future capability and use cases across value chain.
- Collaborate with external knowledge partner develop pragmatic approaches to help improve supply chain processes.
- Manufacturing / Procurement to improve process efficiencies to bring visibilities across value chain.
- Lead workshops to help define requirements, issues and built solution themes across the issues identified.
- Lead workshops to clearly define roles and responsibilities, data flows, and governance for future state processes.
- Aid in the organizational support of the future vision, inclusive of org structure, skillset development and recruiting criteria.
- Advise and Coach organization through change management & continuously driving various digital platform adoption.
- Provide perspectives on process standards: flows, KPIs, and roles & responsibilities.
- Create pragmatic approaches which remove hurdles and allow teams to start their journey, initiate change.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, measure impact, and refine next steps.
