Senior Manager - Business Strategy - IIM A/B/C/XLRI/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description:

- Support senior leadership on business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities

- Analyzing existing company processes and workflows

- Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth & overseeing the implementation of the updated business strategies

- Delivering strong financial and operational results.

- Experienced in a broad set of industries with especially on Ecommerce/FMCG background.

- Involved in program management, funnel improvement and maintenance.

- Strong on numbers and analytics to detect problems and to provide solutions/ innovation.

- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results

- Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team

Requirements: -

- MBA from a Top premier school (IIM-A,B,C,/ XLRI/ ISB/ MDI/FMS) in India.

- E commerce / FMCG background

- Good with numbers/power point

- Good Thinker

- Problem Solving

- Positive Attitude

- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Planning, Business Analytics.

- Ready for Extensive Travelling across PAN India.
