- Analyse student intake trends and competitor information across the Western market as well as at each ALP/LP and University.
- Contribute directly to growth targets for the region - responsible for achievement of recruitment from Universities and Learning Partners.
- Identify while working with the team newer sources of university recruitment.
- Work with internal teams to offer support to academics through train the trainer sessions.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the professional business and educational environment in which India operates
- Show innovation and an awareness of, and interest in, the changing environment of accountancy training and education worldwide.
The Person
- The position requires the appointee to have outstanding business relationship management skills and strong analytical abilities
- Be a qualified/part qualified accountant or equivalent having experience in development and delivery of education programs
- Have practical experience of managing projects, preferably within an educational or training environment.
- Possess an innovative and imaginative approach to education and teaching methodologies and issues.
- Be adept at building and maintaining relationships and communicating clearly both orally and in writing.
- Will be expected to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the professional business and educational environment in which client operates
- Able to work independently as well as part of a regional team
