Senior Manager - Business Planning & MIS - CA - Real Estate

We have a job opening with a leading Group in Developer\Real Estate sector for the Corporate Office- Mumbai

JD :

Position Title : Sr Manager - Business Planning and MIS

Location : Corporate Office Mumbai

Client : Mahindra Lifespaces

Reporting to : CFO

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Industry: Real Estate / Infrastructure preferred but not essential

Experience: At least 8 years total and relevant profile for 2 - 3 years

Skill set:

- SAP, Excel, Power point, Good Communication, Excellent Analytical ability,

- Excellent feel of numbers, Good understanding of works/ operations,

- Reasonable understanding of tax and regulatory framework, Strong orientation to commercial aspects of business.

Responsibilities / Area of work :

Business Review and Reporting :

- Performance analysis, variance analysis Vs Budget

- Compiling and summarizing Monthly Information System tracking financials of projects against Business case and Budget consolidation of financials for Business Plan forecasting and decision support.

- Creating and maintaining database of information required for supporting Business Decision Making

- What if analysis and regular updating of the same.

- Rolling financial forecasting

- Identifying early warnings through detailed data analysis

Funding, Board and Investor Support :

- Data pack from IR standpoint and regular update to the same.

- Board presentation, Investor presentation and Press release every quarter.

- Support for QIP/other funding related documentation in terms of data required in the respective document/s

Process improvements and Automation :

- Leading the automation initiatives for Business planning/ rolling forecasts / dashboards and What- if analysis. etc.

- Driving Initiatives for management control/ efficiency improvement e.g. Working capital related initiative Inventory, Cash flow etc

- Its a Financial Planning and Analysis profile-FPNA, CA OR MBA Finance qualified - regular is must along with working knowledge of SAP is required.
