Senior Manager - Business Planning - eCommerce

Roles and responsibilities :

- Owns the company wide long term growth planning piece

- Responsible for Medium and long term planning include the expansion plan and location of new cities and warehouse locations

- Responsible for short term or Monthly planning including target setting for each vertical to each the overall growth number.

- Working Closely with with Analytic team to keep understanding customer segmentation and community segmentation

- Cross functional coordination with BD, Sales, marketing and Category to get everyone on board with the plan

Skills Required :

- We are looking for people with high ownership and a strong bent for speed and action with data driven inputs and experimentation.

- Experienced in thriving in a dynamic and growth led environment to work passionately for the cause. The candidate should have.

- Experience of 2-8 years in the business planning vertical and has understanding of cross functional dependencies

- Or person with a mix of Consultant and start up experience

- Strong in analytics, data-driven problem solving Approach

- Experience and knowledge of groceries & ecommerce segment is an added advantage

- Graduate / Post Graduate from IIT/IIM/Tier 1 Colleges Preferred.

- Required B.tech/ MBA/ or any quantitative course
