Senior Manager - Business Planning & Control/MIS - IT/ITeS

Hiring Senior Manager - Business Planning & Control (MIS) for one of our clients - mid-sized IT/ITeS player in Navi Mumbai

Responsibiltiies :

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial strategies and manage the budgeting processes

- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

- Drive and structure the financial proposition for all business development activities/proposals

- Preparation of financial models, budgeting, financial & business analysis

- Support in monitoring/managing MIS reports on day to day basis

- Prepare reports and presentation for monthly meetings, tracker, etc

- Analyze various proposals and coordinate with business for necessary approvals

- Responsible for review of MIS including finalization of formants & contents, review and change of formats & contents from time to time and coordination with business teams to ensure timely submission and adherence to formats/desired changes

Competencies :

- Strong on processes and controls

- Must have good analytical, number-crunching and budgeting & MIS skills

- Excellent skills in excel and power point presentations

- Must have experience in analytical review and business analysis

- Chartered Accountants desirable
