Position - Sr. Manager Business Planning-Consulting.

Qualifications - MBA (Tier 1or2)/ CA

Experience - 7-14 Years

Job Role

- Responsible for providing strong leadership and drive business, strategy and financial management for entire Group and each subsidiaries/business units.

- Responsible for Planning & Budgeting, Finance, Risk Management, Distribution, Product Range, Technology, Shared Services, Organization Structure, Governance and Human Resources.

- Revenue Planning & Enhancement.

- Market Planning.

- Identify new growth opportunities, Development of the Business Plans for the new streams, Lead the Market Planning to ensure attainment of growth targets.

- Utilization of existing network with a perspective of achieving.

- Generate insights based on the understanding of market to enable cleaning up of legacy infrastructure & deployment of new systems in existing areas.

- Drive implementation in identified geographies to enable enhanced Asset Utilization.

- Good understanding of Indian financial sector.

- Strong grasp over financial analysis.

- Ability to understand and track sectoral developments.

- Good understanding of the industry and credit policies.
