Senior Manager - Business Planning & Analytics - eCommerce

We are actively looking for Senior Manager position in Business Planning and Analytics role for an Ecommerce Giant headquartered in Bangalore.

Notice Period- 0-30 Days (sooner the better) Buy out is possible for 30 days.

Expertise in:

- Proficiency in Program Management with Analytics.

- Blend of a business and strong with analytics projects

- Strong business understanding.

- Strong Analytics but have done programs for Business development; sales team.

About the role

1. Role is a healthy mix of conceptualization of strategy, planning & Building strong operational governance to ensure on track movement of all the key projects.

2. Strong cross functional co-ordination required between multiple teams like Business, Finance, Product, Engineering etc.

3. Need to be extremely strong wit Data, able to build Business nuisance to it.

4. Would be actively involved into day to day target setting basis organization priority and reporting to ensure progress is on track.

5. Need to be open to new industry trends, good with research and able to understand & decode new strategies across.

6. Co-ordination with various teams, Performance Management, Seller and partner Management, Collaboration skills, Strategic Initiatives

7. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all issues. Work with different teams to resolve issues within timelines.

- Able to see logic in arguments, back any argument with data, ability to identify problem areas and recommend solutions, able to analyses root causes for issues, Ability to get things done through the team, prioritization and delegation of responsibilities, act as a mentor, develop process skills in the team, maintain composure in demanding situations, maintain cordial working environment for the team, motivate the team, drive for results

Minimum Requirements

Education : Masters from Premium league universities (MBA of passout year 2015/2016 only)

Experience: Should be from E-Commerce or Retail / Consultancy Background. Minimum

Experience of 7 years. Proficient in Program Management with Analytics in R/Python/SQL
