Senior Manager - Business Origination - Loan Products

Qualification : MBA, CAs, PGDM etc

Other Competencies :

Candidate should have the experience in handling loan products like Promoter Funding, Structured Funding, Acquisition funding and Real Estate funding.

Job Profile : Business Origination (Analyst Role)

Job Responsibilities :

- Candidate should have relationship/network base in Large and Mid-Corporates.

- Candidate should be presently working in the required location and has significant relationship base.

- Candidate should have the ability to generate leads, enter new corporates, set up meetings of Key Company people with Company's top management, manage relationship on ongoing basis, and deepen relationship in existing accounts.

- Candidate should have prior knowledge of various lending products and experience of structuring transactions.

- Role requirements are Result oriented and candidate's performance will be measured based on Deals Originated and Fee and Interest Income generated for Company. Also a key result area will be successfully new Account relationships were added and old ones have been deepened.

Other desired Attributes:

- Experience in LAS, LAP, MTF, ESOP etc is preferred

- Good communication Skills

- Ability to do multitasking
