ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To Build and Maintain Existing Business Relationships with the Suppliers
2. Laisoning with the Suppliers to intervene to continue to Get timely supplies in full
3. To discuss, Deliberate and negotiate with Supplier based on changing market dynamics to Obtain required Support from time to time
4. Analyzing the changing market Dynamics & take decisions on Prices , Credit and other related aspects
5. Along with the Sales team , access the customers for Setting up & revising Credit Limits and other Credit terms from time to time
6. Managing the team to get Routine tasks of Sales, Collection and Compliance executed as per set guidelines
7. Resolution of Operational challenges faced in Regular operation with discussion with the Chairman
8. Act as a bridge Between the Chairman and the team for all communications back & forth
9. Attend Meetings at Different Places and various platforms along with Chairman from time to time
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Minimum Graduate/Post Graduate
2. Good Verbal Communication skills - English and Hindi both
3. Workably Versed With all Modes of Written Communication
4. Experience of Minimum 5 years in a Trading Business
5. Must be Willing to Relocate to Varanasi
6. Must be following Vegetarian Diet Only
