Revenue Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Leadership to define product strategy, go-to-market strategy, and revenue pipeline and undertake or follow up on initiatives to achieve the revenue targets
- Track business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities and evaluating them.
- Responsibility for driving business plan implementation.
- Prepare company performance dashboard by Analysing and critically examining operational and financial data and highlighting crucial issues.
- Work closely with the corresponding Global Revenue Operations and IT to understand the associated sales organization's sales and technology strategy.
- Work closely with corresponding sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success.
- Partner with sales leadership to size the sales force and produce a scalable, cost-effective organization design.
- Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with Global programs and performance management priorities.
- Coordinate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales analytics initiatives. Develop new sales analytics tools where required.
- Build relevant systems and processes to scale the team and the business.
- Conduct an audit of existing tools (e.g., territory plans, account plans, sales. interaction prep documents, and deal review templates) to identify gaps. Oversee the design/selection/adoption of improved tools.
- Assign sales force quotas and ensure the business's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
Program Management Responsibilities:
- Monitor plan v. actual performance in terms of order book, operations, and profitability.
- Preparing monthly business performance reports as directed by the senior management.
- Plan, Monitor, and implement various strategic, transformational initiatives and work with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with business leaders to undertake quarterly planning exercise.
- Assisting the senior management with inputs and data required for making strategic business decisions.
- Co-ordinating with senior management on business updates and strategic projects
- Prepare and manage company policies ensuring compliance with executive governances guidelines.
- Partner with the corresponding sales leadership and global team to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate data formulate accurate conclusions and develop action plans.
- Sophisticated understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs Preferably from the data center or technology background.
- Experience in sales forecasting, sales operations, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate and effectively use new information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect with people across all levels.
