- Responsible for pricing structure

- Preparing and maintaining business plan (i.e. forecast/budget/P&L) and suggesting actions in order to achieve business goals

- Writing and maintaining policies and procedures for pricing area

- Responsible for target setting (analysis of complex ecosystem and maximization of sales results according to business goals)

- Monitors, analyzes and reports competition activity and market trends, prepares proposal for action to remain within top trending providers at all time

- Ensuring company vision and pricing principles are applied at all time

- Train, coach and mentor relevant resource(s) to provide smooth customer experience

- Identifies business and financial drivers for modelling

- Verifies and develops financial models, justifies assumptions

- Evaluates and approves financial models (developed by others)

- Transfers business numbers into financial plans (IFRS and IGAAP)

- Reviews design documentation ensuring quality, integrity and functional correctness of the solution in terms of financial needs (planning/analytic/reporting)

- Participates in securitization structuring and IT solution development (requirements setting and ensuring the results).

Desired Profile:

- University degree (in relevant field: finance, economics, math, statistics, marketing, etc)

- 5+ years of experience in banking on similar position

- Knowledge on competition, industry trends and best practices, deep understanding of customer drivers of choice, willingness to pay and pricing sensitivity

- IFRS knowledge (at least general)

- IGAAP knowledge (at least general)

- Proficiency in development of financial models (i.e. business plans)

- Advanced computer literacy in Windows OS

- MS Office tools (expert in excel, word and Power Point)

- MS project knowledge

- Efficient written and oral communication skills, fluent in English

- Excellent analytical skills

- Good presentation skills

- Team player

Candidates from top b Schools are preferred.
