YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Establishing value and impact of BI dashboards for business decision making by enabling the development and deployment of best-in-class BI solutions and data-driven use cases. - Directing the planning and implementation of BI projects and carrying on requirements gathering with business stakeholders and users to plan a roadmap of BI projects. - Overseeing the design &amp; development of dashboards through the BI system and prototyping reports and dashboards to get users engaged and excited about BI solutions. - Manage timely delivery of projects and monitoring the quality of reports and their distribution as per data privacy &amp; security guidelines. - Working in liaison with the implementation partner and technology team to study, evaluate and implement change requests in the form of new features/solutions in BI to enable quick &amp; timely decision making for business - Meeting his /her work timelines and mentoring junior analysts within the team in developing BI solutions. - Communicating output and outcomes in clear and concise documents (presentations, reports) to peers and program leaders and working closely with internal stakeholders in deploying developed solutions. A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT : - Bachelors /Masters in engineering or statistics or mathematics with strong academic performance with an emphasis on business analytics is required. - 5 to 8 years of experience in of experience in BI and analytics domain in Telecom, Retail, Media agency, consulting or digital industry - Adept in data and analytics with relevant experience in business analysis, requirements development, and implementation of Business Intelligence Solutions with proficiency with one of the standard visualization tools (eg. Tableau, Power Bi, Qlikview, Cognos) . - Capability to understand business requirements and implement BI / analytical solutions &amp; techniques independently or with minimal supervision and expertise in extracting insights from large volumes of data using visualizations and convert hem into meaningful actions for the business. - Experience with analytical tools and techniques (eg. R, SQL, Oracle) is preferred with ability to manage stakeholders and mentor junior team members. - Proactive, independent and focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
