Job Summary:
The role is to manage the Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics requirements for Seller growth
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Translate high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical frameworks through appropriate usage of advanced statistical / mathematical techniques and responsible for successful delivery of the analyses/deliverables
- Assist in delivering well organized reports, advanced dashboards making use of new age tools and technologies
- Help incubate new solutions by executing Pilot, Proof of Concept projects to establish capabilities and credibility with users and stakeholders. This may entail working either as an independent SME or as part of a larger team
- Devise and delpoy algorithms to build data products that streamline the process from data collection to insight generation
- Interpret CRM data, analyze results using statistical techniques(as per the requirement of the problem statement) and provide SQL/Excel/CRM based ongoing reports, insights & actionable
- Pain reporting & associated analysis - identifying opportunity & pushing those through stakeholders
- AOP & cost related deep-dive
- Volume, headcount and planning support for Seller growth and Experience
- NPS analysis and correlation
